Originally, this blog was called 'Cooking with Kam', but as a student, my meals inevitably became very boring and samey due to a distinct lack of money and time. After coming on my year abroad, I have decided to re-vamp the blog and so 'Baking with Kam' has risen from the ashes of the once neglected original blog.
I'm a huge lover of everything baked: cakes, pastry, bread etc etc, the list goes ON and ON! The blog will hopefully consist of some successes and recipes that I'll hope you'll want to try. I am in no way a professional baker, so I'll be trying all sorts of different recipes, and hopefully that means that all of you can get involved, no matter how much confidence you have (or lack!) in the kitchen!
